We were in the neighbourhood, found this on Google maps, decided to give it a try. We ordered a pho with assorted beef and a... bun bo hue (spicy noodle soup). Whenever I go to a Vietnamese restaurant, my go to dish is always grilled pork and spring rollwith vermicelli. But unfortunately they don’t have this dish here. However that turned out to be great, because I really likethe spicy noodle soup, forced me to try something new and i happened to like it, so definitely a great outcome. This place iskind of half self service, they provide some lemon water you could get on your own, also utensils and sauces are also selfserviced. But they do serve you your dishes. Then you return your dirty dishes and trays to an area. Staff are really friendly.The place is nice and clean. Also, price is very affordable! Would love to try their fresh summer rolls next time. Tam’s Vietnamese street food is pretty great, took me a while to visit, if it wasn’t for a friend that had introduced me to... this place and told me they served Banh Cuon I probably just walked by. The Banh Cuon and Banh Mi is by far my fave so far,everything is freshly made behind their counter. Will be back to try the other staple dishes on the menu and because it’s inthe Junction. Read more
