This place is a disaster. The guy wanted to order two chicken combo seperate. The black woman gave him two small fries. He... didn't want that. He doesn't want the Tuesday special box. The woman was supposed to give him two chicken combos separate in abigger box. The manager needs to hire better people at the cashier. Where is the staff. Food prices were way higher than any other taco bell i've been to and the seating area was absolutely filthy, every surface I... touched was sticky and all the tables were dirty as hell. Get your staff to clean instead of having 15 people in the kitchenwhile there is no line. PATHETIC Read more
The costomer service here is usually not that great. They rush you to order when your the only one in line and on top of that if... you ask for sauce they never give it to you. You also get scammed when you don?t ask for the receipt I noticed,they?ll chargeyou more. Overall the food is usually made good though Read more
Service is good and fast. Staff are nice. There is a washroom.. lots of parking in the mall. This is a good spot to pick up... something to eat before heading downtown particularly to the Exhibition at lakeshore. Bus stop is right at the store and passingby frequently. Read more

Very unhappy with the service or lack there of service! I placed an order for a Chalupa meal. There was no sauce provided and I... had to ask twice. The young guy at the drive through window pressed the prompt on the POS machine so I didn?t know the amount Iwas paying. Therefore, I requested the receipt twice and he played stupid and didn?t provide it. People don?t come here because they have the best food or friendliest service. They come here because it?s convenient. You have... an exceptional location. The staff are very unmotivated. But tell me why I had to ask someone who was ?cleaning? the dining roomto wipe down a table. All of them were really dirty. I was the only person waiting readily with my food to sit and she wiped afew tables before getting to the one I?m standing at. That?s fine. I can wait a few seconds.
