This is probably my first and last delivery order from Swiss Chalet. The delivery man shouldn't have been aggressive about... tipping. As a customer, I don't have any obligation to tip. If I don't want to tip, I don't want to tip. There was no need forhim to give me an attitude. Please train your delivery people on how to deal with customers. Read more
Delivery driver forced my buddy to tip him for my own order with my card. Not only did the driver not check the ID to make sure... it was the right person, but he just let any person sign for a tip on my card. It was only 3$ and I don?t even really care aboutit. I care that the driver intimidated my friend with big anxiety issues into tipping him. I?ve been a delivery driver withterrible nights. But I would never bother the customer for a tip. My son bit down on a bone found in a pulled rib sandwhich it was the length of a big toe. Please double check your order because... God only knows what you can get in a meal now of day's. It's Thanks Giving and believe me I'm thankful and especially gratefulmy son hadn't choked on that bone! But still. Putting people's lives at risk! I had minimal interaction with the staff but I'd say service was good. Reason for the 1 star review is the mold in my sour cream... packet. I attached photos, and I just need to stress how absolutely gross this was to find. Read more
I work at Swiss chalet, but I didn?t have my discount card, i opened my Jarvis app and showed the supervisor that I was also a... supervisor and she refused to give me a 20 percent discount, she was rude and my food take really long.
