I love the swiss chalet brand and have many fond memories of eating here growing up. Recently, however my opinion has changed... after a number of visits to this location. Service has been slow, I often felt like an after thought. Food comes out 30sometimes 40 min after ordering and the restaurant feels dark and cold. I don't know what it is, but I may have to give up thefestive special this year. Read more
Waited 50 minutes for 2 quarter chicken dinners for takeout. I ordered online 20 minutes prior to arriving and went in and paid... and was told to wait 10 minutes. Time went by and by then I went up and had to wait in line again. When it was finally my turn Imentioned that I had been waiting for some time and then manager looked inside the takeout bag bin. It had been sitting in thatbag and no one called out for the order.. By the time I got the food it was cold and the fires were mush from thesteam. Food was delicious as usual but they wouldn't let us use our coupon that clear said take out or dine in. There was also no only... at participating locations line on the coupon. The waitres wouldn't get her manager just Said that's what I was told sorry. Alsoshe spoke very softly and we could barely make out what she was saying. Read more
I enjoyed dinner here this evening with some friends, the first time in 2 years. They have new and updated uniforms, dishes,... glasses, and menus, all very nice. The staff was warm, welcoming and efficient. For over 40 years, I've been ordering the samething - 1/4 chicken dinner, white meat, with fries and, most times, it's good. Tonight's meal was exceptional! The chickenwas tender and juicy and the fries hot and crispy. Even the bun was extra fresh. I would definitely recommend this location. Read more
This Swiss Chalet is one of the best around. I was there with my family yesterday, the staff and manager were pleasant, polite... and caring towards our needs. The service was fast and the food was above average. The chicken dinners were juicy and delicious!We enjoyed our meals very much. Is Harvey?s going bankrupt? Why else would they be so cheap? The staff act like this tomato is coming out of their paycheque.... Make sure to empathize extra toppings if you want a decent amount of lettuce on your burger. And these are angus burgers? I?drather get a McDouble and save $5. Read more
Don't even deserve my star. I order at 6:20 and keeps going back n forth to preparing food and finding a driver. Changed the... delivery person 4 times!! I waited and a half hours for it to say that!! Then they canceled my order. I'm very disappointed.I'll never order from here again. Also Considering the cash pice.. Read more
