The rotisserie chicken had very little chicken in it. At other locations you can barely pick up the sandwich without chicken... falling out. Two others had the quarter chicken meal for the same or less money and they weren't comparable for the amount ofchicken. Quite disappointing. Read more
Absolutely horrible customer service we ordered the family deal the waitress took our order without a notepad couldn't remember... anything we ordered and had to come back and forth to our table to clarify which would have been simple if she hadn't decided totalk over us when we were telling her what we wanted for the 10th time. We waited over an hour and our food still never showedup. Horrible location for servers won't be back to this location. Read more

Freezing in this restaurant! Came with some work friends for an early dinner and I get it?s cold outside but inside?? Cmon!... Biggest disappoint was probably the size of the dark meat. Here it is beside a white meat order. Sure pay a bit more for whitemeat but the size difference is huge! Read more
My favourite new Swiss Chalet location, since the one on Wilson Ave went downhill. The food is delicious, their chicken... especially, and my favourite dessert is always the hot fudge cake. Read more
To try out the roast beef dinner special, I drove away from my usual Swiss Chalet location to go to this one on Dufferin... instead. A different franchise owner. Along with family members, I'd been there before and everything always went well. Justas it did today with a few glitches. I had to wait about five minutes at the door because there was no greeter. There were sixtables of customers already eating. The waitress/hostess had disappeared into the kitchen area. When the busy waitress finallyshowed, she yelled at me nicely to find a seat anywhere. But, after that, I got the best possible customer service from theever-smiling, courteous, helpful waitress. Even though there has been extensive advertising that "Roast Beef is Back at SwissChalet", there wasn't any mention of it on the menu or anywhere else but the waitress knew about it. The mashed potatoes werecold so she cheerfully removed the whole plate of roast beef dinner. The second waitress or hostess or manager brought a secondplate of hot food. She did so cheerfully, with an apology, and even gave me an extra container of beef gravy which Idevoured. The whole meal was so delicious, e.g. tender, juicy beef and very tasty gravy. Since I don't cook roast beef well atall, I was happy that this was being offered again at Swiss Chalet, even if only temporarily. When I was finished, there wereonly three tables of customers, myself included, and no waitress in sight. I hope she didn't have to cook and wash dishes, too,back there! She was so busy handling everything herself! But, the second worker took care of the payment of my order and wasvery gracious. Of course, I gave a big tip because it was an enjoyable time there with good food served by really nice staffmembers. I will go back there again and would recommend that you do so, too. Read more

Great food. The white meat was a little dry but the rest of the food was delicious. Biggest complaint was the service and... waitress. Asked for another cup of water 3 times and didnt receive one. Waitress gave our food and disappeared. No check up onour food and the reason we couldnt get water. Would come again if a different waitress was serving us. Ruined the experience andappetite.
