The guy working here tried to give me leftover brown, soggy lettuce at the bottom of the tray. It was almost empty, and I asked... for fresh lettuce. He said "it is fresh". I said "but there's barely enough there to fill a foot long. And it's brown" He rolledhis eyes and went to the back to get a fresh bag of green lettuce. Even though I was polite about it, he seemed really annoyedand inconvenienced that I asked... After I paid he just handed me my sub with no bag. I asked for a bag and he said they don'tgive them out anymore.....But he was holding a bag in his hand!!! I was so confused. He eventually gave me the bag that he washolding to put my sub in. If subway has a new policy where they don't offer bags anymore then there should be a papersubstitute... Or at least use up the inventory that you already have before turning customers away with nothing to hold theirsub in. Customer service at this location is by far the worst I have ever experienced at any subway. I get that it's not a funjob - not many customer service jobs are fun. But if a customer is treating you with respect and being polite, there's no needfor attitude from employees. Read more

The heavy set short girl that works there is laughably bad at her job. Lack of toppings and never spreads them out enough,... doesn?t cut your bread fully so when it?s in the toaster all my cheese just melts down into the bottom of the ?V? the breadmakes, and this time (yes I still go often bc it?s right there and I (usually) like subway.) she did me one even better anddidn?t put any of my stuff in a bag. We eat a lot of subway for lunch and love the economy, health and flavours. But this subway is by far the worst that I have had... in my life. We ordered steak and cheese, and when I took a bite there was a weird bitter taste. It came from the olives thatwere clearly off, and the bread was dry from being old, not from being baked. I know this because I have had at least a hundredSubway sandwiches from all different locations including the one in the food court beneath my office building. As you can seefrom the photos, the bun is hard and dry, and very little steak topping, almost invisible to the eye unless you open up thesandwich for inspection. The service there was the worst part. The guys who worked there greeted two caucasian employees "heybuddy, how are you today?", And to my boyfriend who was right after them, being a first timer at this Subway, the employee orowner said (word for word) "What do you want" in a very rough and condescending tone. We don't need the employees there to bewelcoming and extra friendly, but we certainly are not looking to be talked down to.. I'm not usually one to post negativereviews, but I felt outraged at how my boyfriend was treated. The owner/employee skipped to the next two people in line beforeproceeding with my boyfriend's order. My boyfriend is Indian and the employee /owner seemed to be from the same background, andwe both felt that this was at the least bad service and at the worst, discrimination. I will call Subway corporate customerservice to report this location. We ordered a foot long and asked it to be wrapped separately, and the owner/employee said "I'monly doing it this one time, I'm not doing it again". Maybe this is a corporate policy, but it was really unpleasant in themethod of communication. If it is a policy, they could have just told us that it is and we wouldnt have a huge problem. First off, subway as a company is incredible. Tasty all around. However, this location does not adhere to subway corporate... standards at all. The prices are also too high for the quality of sandwich. I will not be eating at this location anymore. Thelast three visits have been very disappointing. Visit one: a young man didn't heat up my chicken and i did not receive theminimum ingredients required by corporate standards. Visit two: the manager of the location was rude and clearly has one goal inmind; money. Visit three: My sub looked empty even after getting 6 ingredients and my order was incorrect. I understand covidhas been hard on business and so this may require subway to hold back on ingredients. However, this subway has been unpleasantfor years and I'm finally voicing my opinion. Thanks!
