They had no chicken, no lettuce, and the flat bread had to be thawed. This was at 1pm on a Tuesday. Not a great first impression... I won?t be back. Read more

This is a high quality Subway location. 1st visit: I haven't had Subway in a long long time, so decided to get my old favourite... - the foot-long Meatball Marinara sub with my usual favourite veggies on Italian Herbs and Cheese bread (this location has lessbread options, but the ones they do have are very fresh). It was good, just how I remember it. However, as my palate has evolvedover the years, I feel like Subway as a company has not innovated, or transformed in terms of the modern flavour experiencedesired by the present-day consumer. Everything tasted pleasant and fresh, however the flavours were bland and uninspiring. There's so many components to a sub, and there are a lot of missed opportunities to optimize the quality of ingredients tointroduce rich flavours and textures - which are currently not complementary, exciting, complex, or remarkable. Ordered a BublyLime sparkling water as my drink - I wouldn't order this drink again. The bubbles were flat, and I couldn't taste the lime -there are better sparkling water brands as alternatives to Bubly Lime. Also, the sub assembly line moves incredibly slow. Theyneed 1 additional employee on their assembly line to handle the veggies for the subs. I arrived ~10 minutes in advance of theusual lunch crowd, and the line quickly stacked up behind me. All in all, I'm still giving this location a 5/5 - if I'm in themood for Subway, this place delivers 10/10 standardized Subway subs as promised. Ingredients were fresh, portions were good, place was clean, and service was great. Read more

It can be a little crowded here at lunchtime. Expect to wait at least 15-20 minutes before you order. I think if they hired one... more person to work the cash, ordering would be quicker. Limited bread options. I don't know if it's the pandemic or if theyalways had fewer bread options compared to the other Subways. I also had a gift card and they couldn't deduct the money from it.Admittedly, the card is old. However, I checked the balance afterwards and it still is there so not sure what happened. Overall,a decent Subway. Read more

If I could give them -5 stars I would. I?ve ordered on ritual and subway app and they always started making it when I went down... to pick it up (after 25 minutes waiting as the app asked me to) and they were not even busy when I went there. Read more

The great thing is showing up and waiting five minutes to the staff sitting in the back.

I visited the store on January 7th at approx. 2PM and a single employee was making a sandwich. I tried to order, and she told... me they were closed. I visited the same store again today, January 10th as I have been at this time, at least twice a weeksince they opened and was told they were closed again, this time for "cleaning". I have visited this store numerous times inthe past when the containers were out, and it appeared there was cleaning going on and not once have been refused service. Tobe told twice in one week during regular opening hours that I was not going to be served is atrocious. I am a loyal and kindcustomer and I am dumbfounded. Not once in a lifetime of eating out have I been turned away from service during business hours. Twice in one week I wanted to give Subway my money and twice you've refused to serve me. None of the other businesses in thisfood court take service breaks, nor do the surrounding Subway stores, all of which I have also patronized. I am absolutelydisgusted with the Management of this store, whom also often runs out of bread or the bread is not at its freshest. The lasttwo faults I have forgiven, but not completing the service you're in the industry to provide to a face those kids see regularlyis egregious. This store isn't even open extended hours, so there is no fathomable reason for this. Done. Read more

It's a fine place to grab a foot long sub. The restaurant offers take out and eat in . The setting is a nice alternative , grab... a seat by the clean windows and watch the Queens Quay go buzzing by. Particularly those new articulating streetcars , It'slike they never end. Then there,s the view of Great Lake Ontario. Drinks, (no booze ) pop, juice, and water. Washrooms areclean and it's accessible for all. Good place for kids, and those on a tight budget . They also make a good veg. Sub too.Inexpensive and the staff was friendly and fast. Read more
