Worst experience ever, the sandwich was not at all what I ordered for, no cheese not even toasted even though I asked for it,... the toppings were of bad quality like scrapped from the bottom of the container. When I called the store to share my feedback,the guy was very rude and arrogant and replied "this is not the first time I made the sandwich, I know what I am doing" which heclearly didn't. I asked him his name but he didn't want to tell, I told him I can send him a picture how the sandwich looks, hewasn't bothered at all. I asked to speak to the manager and he said "i dont have time for this" and disconnected the call. Ihope this feedback is noted by the management and acted upon. Wouldn't even give 1 star but sadly that's the lowest option. Read more

I wont even give one star? The worst location of subway i have visited ever. I won?t go here again. The staff was rude, they... were out of all the items . I went there around 9 and they close at 9.30 still staff said its closed. The guy was not evenserving properly.. that guy made me feel like he is doing favor on me. I?ve gone to this location many times. And after reading the reviews it?s clear that this place purposely overcharges customers.... I ordered the same thing every time I go. I typically pay about $15 for the foot-long with extra cheese. Yesterday I purchasedthe 6 inch sub with extra cheese for $11. I had asked them instead of the 6 inch can I just get the foot long as it?s morecost-effective for me . I was then told I?m not able to change my order to a foot-long I have to order another $11 6inch sub .there was no other customers in the store I don?t see why they were not able to just make the other half of the sub and chargeme for a foot-long. The owner of this location is very dishonest and extremely stingy. He charges more for the same items and provides the bare... minimum toppings. You can literally count the pieces of vegetables he puts in a foot long sub. When asked to put extra - he sayshe will charge extra. Do not support the owner of this location. Read more

I went here yesterday and got the daily special which was supposed to be $4.69 + $1 for the GF bread. I had a coupon to get... another sandwich so I did. Except when he rang me in it was $13. The guy who served me told me he did ring it in right and saidthe drink made it expensive. Being late, I paid and left. Well, right before I left I realized he didn't give me a receipt,obviously, because he realized he made a mistake and didn't want to fix it, or this store just charges the regular price onspecials. Either way, the store wasn't busy with just two teens eating inside, but I hope you enjoyed overbilling me. How manypeople don't notice your employees mistakes and overpay? $13 for a 6" turkey sub and a pop is crazy considering the secondsandwich was "free". No wonder you guys are always empty when I go by. Read more

Like most people, I entered a business that sells food for the purposes of purchasing a good that I would consume. I would trade... legal tender for food that I require for survival. Sounds simple. Wrong. I entered this Subway location. I was the onlycustomer in the store. There were 2 employees working. One of the employees seemed to be preparing a mobile/uber order while theother employee was organizing some items and assisting the other one. Being a kind and considerate person, and despite not beingacknowledged as I was prepared to order my food, I waited patiently with an understanding that the employees were busy withanother seemingly higher priority task. I continued waiting for 5 minutes and still none of the employees acknowledged mypresence, let alone provide the courtesy of acknowledging me and notifying me that they would be ready to take my order shortly.Throughout this time I was waiting, and with no other customers in the store, they continued to talk amongst themselves in aprivate conversation that I could not comprehend. As such, because I am not permitted to make my own sandwich, I simply walkedout of the store and took my business elsewhere. I have seldom been treated with such disrespect, especially as a potentialcustomer looking to support a local franchised business. The lack of professionalism, the blatent disregard of my presence, andthe further private conversations that were held in my presence, are all serious issues that go beyond operation of a business. I went online free delivery over $20. I selected the store and ordered. On completion, it shows pickup but I entered delivery.... I tried to call the store 4 times to change it. On the fifth try, they picked up and told me they do not deliver!!!! By thetime they picked up, they said the order is ready. I will not pick it up as I have been in self quarantine for 2.5 weeks andthey would not refund my order. The store operator said call subway. I told him there is no phone number, only this form. Hewould not give me the number! I asked him again for a refund and he RUDELY said NO. Just like that. I will never ordersubway after this experience-only Mr. Sub now.
