Literally just bought two footlong subs, 1 was a combo with cookies and double checked with the server BEFORE leaving the store... to ensure that she put my cookies in the bag and she said yes. I come home to eat my food and the cookies aren?t there. Ofcourse it?s annoying and frustrating because when I called she said she remembered me and just to come tomorrow to get thecookies. It?s frustrating because I have to drive out of my way to correct her mistake. Read more

Ordered a bacon breakfast sandwich (online order) on a English muffin for my 6yr old, paid for extra bacon. I received a stale... herb and cheese sub with one piece of bacon. My son had to throw it out, it wasn't edible. Would give zero stars if that was anoption. I was refused a refund. Read more

Glad to see that the pandemic hasn't stopped this location from being generally well kept. The new menu is a bit odd, but 14... bucks for a footlong tuna combo is a bit outrageous. Read more

Very awful service by a lady, it seems like I?m forcing her to do my order. Requested to chop salad she said we are not doing... that, we have purchased chopped salad from other location couple of days ago. I have asked for chipotle and sweet onion saucesshe put bbq on sandwiches. I don?t understand if they don?t want to work please don?t, someone else who are interested might geta chance to work and pick up business. I wish there could have been an option not to give a star at all for the rating. Read more

I went there on 18th oct around 2:35PM and the lady working there seemed to have a really bad day going on or may be I just... disturbed her from enjoying free time inside the cabin. She was rude and just dumped all the veggies on bread and didn?t knewhalf of the things when I asked for it. I have been to this location a lot many times but this was the first time I was verymuch disappointed. Read more
