I live at a walking distance and used to be my place to go for a dinner lot of times before today afternoon. Nov 9th around 1230... pm Girls were so slow she prepared my whole sandwich and deined to grill at the end. I have been eating sandwich from subwayspecially from this location no one at all have denied me to do that before today. That rude woman knows nothing and actsoversmart and teaches me that grilling is not for sandwiches I know she is lazy and didn't wanted to clean the grilled afterthat. Staff either needs to be trained or replaced. After leaving that store and sandwich there, I went to a differentlocation right on next intersection (near york mills and brookside banks, they provided me wonderful and pleasant customerservice as well as delicious GRILLED sandwich. Will always go there going forward because I felt welcomed and completely worthmy tine which I took to go there. Read more
Most of time only one person working. Waited more then half hour for mobile orders. Order some other locations if possible.
We have special instructions for reason. Asked them to pack sauces separately, because by the time i reach home sandwiches... become saggy. They said they dont do because it has more sauces. Never faced this at any other location. Read more

unprofessional staff, wasting a lot of time. Lazy staff at night time. 30 mins to prepare a sandwich and very rude. Very little... portion! No worth the price. Ugly. Read more
I'll just say ... like everyone knows the good reviews 98% of the time come from friends or family...this review comes from a... fist and last time customer worst sub I have ever eaten..... So I tried giving these guys the benefit of the doubt the 1st few times I ordered here (out of convenience btw because it's so... close to my work). My order of choice is the meatball sub and almost every time I order it, they let me down. Just look at thephotos and you'll see why. Presentation! Presentation! Presentation! C'mon guys. If you guys could just take a few more secondsto put it together nicely, it would make a world of a difference. Read more
