Not a great Cx Service. Sauces bottle tray is dirty in the bottom. Choose other subway if you can!
I would have gave zero star if there had an option. I visited the restaurant today and it was sooo heated up. Like the other... customers were also irritated like me and yelling at the guy working. The AIR CONDITIONER placed were may be the show piece orto fool customers. They were not working at all. I asked the poor guy working to sue there owners for making him work in suchenvironment, but he couldn?t do anything except apologising. I really want owners to ask employees and not let them work in thisheated up environment. Bad for health, heat waves today and worst for customers. I would never visit the store again and ask myguys to never visit the store. Please note and take action. Read more
Came in on 16 June 2022... temp outside is 31°C but no air conditioning on in this place. Like a sweat box! Ordered a 6" sub... and the end of the bread ? half of a full bread ? was hard and crusty. Definitely *not* worth another visit. Read more
Bread was old didn't put the right amount of scoops of tuna in my sub put 3 on 6" and 4 on 12" doesn't make sense Wil not go to... that location again Read more

The 5 star reviews seem to be fake. They all of a sudden have many 5-star reviews in the last year! Worst subway ever. Employees... seem to act rude and cold at the same time. They don't listen to you right when you ask for more. Every time I see some newtrainee. The trainer will act like doing everything right, sure! It?s probably the management?s fault with all those negativereviews but no effort is made to create a change in service. I feel they don't realize that a customer pays for the sandwich,not getting one for free. Don?t spend your hard earned money on these not made-well sandwiches. I visited this location quitefrequently because I moved close by. I was so excited to have subway that is so close to my residence. Never going back, I?drather travel a distance. Honestly, I felt very disappointed to have bought subs here each time. Vegetables and meat options arenever really fresh. The restaurant is never busy, and it is definitely for a reason. The worst part is that they are very cheapwith their vegetables. For a 12$ footlong sub, they put 4 pieces of each vegetable. Ask them for extra vegetables, and theystill will not add regular quantity like other subways usually do. Why can?t they be a bit more generous? Please make itproperly instead of throwing out the vegetables and meat at the end of the day. Read more
Wanted to sit and quickly eat. The staff that was NOT on duty had occupied all the places with friends, they had not ordered... anything to eat/drink - they didn?t bother to offer a place to eat to paying customers!!! Read more
