Normally I like subway, but the staff at this particular location made the sub so poorly. Spread the vegetables unevenly and... gave me the wrong cheese. When I corrected her about the cheese, she left the wrong pieces on and only filled the remaining subwith the correct cheese. Read more
Everything looked stale, breads, meat, and veggies. Ordered a wrap with Guacamole and they waited till they heated up the meat... with the wrap to tell me they didn't have Guac. (They knew before, didn't even check before they told me) Then when I asked forextra cheese they said they'd charge me extra even though I didn't get the guacamole. Food tasted just as it looked. Not a joke review: Really don't know why there's so many bad reviews for this place. I've been here a number of times since... starting work in Toronto and each time has been very quick and delicious. The staff are nice enough if you're not harsh withthem, just like any other establishment. Also, don't blame homeless people harassing you on the subway itself; that problem iscity wide. Read more
I'm not one to review franchises because they SHOULD be all the same, but I feel driven to review this awful Subway. I live... nearby and so have regretfully gone here a number of times and am always annoyed with the quality of food and the fact theynever seem to have bowls for salads. They put in a bare minimum effort and ingredients every time. Read more
I asked dir meatball marinara and they hadn't enough meatballa so they completed with some chicken, ok with that, no problem.... Then I was about to pay with cash but they hadn't change so I had to pay with credit card, ok with that, no problem. But afterbuying my sandwich the guy from the counter told me I had to leave the restaurant as they were about to close in 2 minutes.Absolutely inaccepatble and a total lack of respect. I'm not generally critical of chain/franchised fast food joints but this specific location is deserving of criticism. Their... customer washroom has been out of order for AT LEAST five months now. You will be directed to the McDonald's the next streetover if you need to wash your hands or use the bathroom. Prior to this, their ice machine wasn't functioning for the entirespring/summer. We are often working at a business across the street and usually this is the only real option for a quick lunch.Bread is actually burnt often as pictured below. This was prior to being toasted. It's unfortunate because usually I find thestaff pleasant, but this place needs a visit from corporate desperately. Would avoid until they get their act straight. Read more
The Subway artists are very friendly at this location. The subs are made fresh and the bread baked fresh every day. The area... of Queen and Jarvis is a little sketchy, but this location is clean, has a great washroom and is stylishly decorated. This is not a pet friendly restaurant so, people stop bring pets into the restaurant. All in all sandwich artists are pretty... generous and prepare very nice sandwiches. ???? Read more
