I had a horrible experience at this particular Subway restaurant. I had actually completed the customer feedback at the back of... the receipt. However, there was no beneficial response. I had initially stated that several times the employees communicate intheir own language around me and I felt like they were talking about me. Also, the food was not done properly that day and Iwanted to scan my points but the employee wasn?t listening. He gave me a ?duplicate?receipt and told me to fill it out at homewhich obviously didn?t work. Moreover, the manager contacted me and apologized, which was surprising and after negotiatingoffered a discount for the next purchase. I initially agreed, but couldn?t make it to the store and requested for a gift cardworth the discount which was agreed by the manger. I gave him my address via email and he said he would mail it. After a week, Inoticed I didn?t receive it so I contacted the manager who said that it might be late due to Canada Post?s strike. I wasconvinced and waited for about a month, and contacted via email for no reply. I have been a regular customer, and was not happy. Read more
Worst subway I have ever seen in my life because when it comes to veggies and sauces they dont want put even a extra tomoato.... This was my first and last time I went as the lady at the counter was sooo**RUDE** . Additionally, what I observed they donttreat their employees well because they all are student, it doesn't mean you can talk to them the way u want. The owner is friendly and makes a good quality sandwich but his female employee can't make a sandwich to save her life! Last... time I asked for my sandwich to be toasted, she puts it in the toaster and I notice the countdown timer wasn't running.. sureenough when I get to my office (2 mins away) to eat my sandwich it's soft and DEAD COLD. Either she doesn't know how to work atoaster or she was too LAZY to turn it on and didn't care! Won't be coming here when she's around! Read more
Standard quality but service is fast, especially during a location where lunch hour is a very crowded. However, I was charged... for a full foot long when I only ordered a 6 inch. I was never offered a receipt either. I would be careful during lunch hour asthey sometime make mistakes when they are busy. Read more
Friendly and quick service, even during lunch hour. Hidden in the basement of 777 University Avenue they provide everything... you'd expect from a Subway. It's a convenient location by campus. No complaints here. Read more
Excellent service and good food as well. As someone mentioned below they even make pizza, which some other subway stores don't.... Also a really good low key place to get breakfast including coffee, cookies, and other breakfast menu options in minutescompared to Timmies next door which has a 1 hr line in morning rush hour. I always like to stop by and enjoy subways. This location is very nice. I used to order my tuna sub or the Philly cheesteak.... Price is reasonable. There is Tim's next door. Subway station is right there too. Beautiful queens park for a stroll and greathospitals and medical buildings in the area too. I was lucky to capture and watch the beautiful pegions last autumn.
