Just bought the rice bowl and first time came to know I can not customize?
BEWARE. The owner and his family that work there will cheap out on all your toppings. They will even cheap out on the protein... like meatballs for example. A 6 inch should come with 4 meatballs but they have been getting away with giving everybody 3instead. When you ask for spinach they will give you 2 leaves, same goes with green peppers, 2 slivers. The indian owner isalso working he's always there and maybe his mother and sister. They've been scamming the kids for years here too lool, alsothey'll mess up coupons. Read more

The guy that runs this subway is the cheapest subway franchise going. I understand that food costs are up but cmon. I have been... to many subways over the years and am usually pretty satisfied. This guy shorts you on the meat, ie 3 pieces instead of 4 on asix inch. 3 meatballs , half scoops and so on. Barely any toppings. Asked 3 times to put more on. To top it off he is chargingfor 20 cents for paper bags that every other subway gives out for free. Brutal. Read more

This store is filthy. There was food, starbucks wrappers, and an unwrapped, stomped on chocolate bar on the ground. They leave... the glass tops open all the time instead of shutting them while not in use, so you can see that the food isnt being kept at asafe temperature by the end of the night, as ice has condensed on the sides of the inserts... They aren't very good at following instructions for mobile orders. For example, not toasting it when I specified in the app that... I didn't want it toasted. When I arrived and commented on this, saying that I wanted my sub not toasted because I planned to eatit later, they told me they already toasted it and asked if that was okay. So I repeated to them that I wanted my sub nottoasted, and then they remade it. In the past, the worst example of this was when my partner and I placed an order with twovery different subs and they applied the toppings and sauce from my sub to his too, resulting in a sub that he couldn'teat. Basically, I only trust that my order will be made correctly if I go in person to place it Read more

BE CAREFUL WHEN DOING MOBILE ORDER. for the past few times I have ordered through the mobile app, they always seems to screw it... up. I ordered two sandwiches with two different sets of toppings, they ended up combining the toppings and putting the combinedtoppings in both subs! Ordered 6" spicy chicken sub and Guacamole (paid extra) for pickup. Picked up and came back to office to see Guacamole missing!... Called Subway and they said will give me a free lunch next time!!! Read more
