VIOLENT STAFF, ATTACKED & ABUSED ME. PLZ AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I ordered Egg & Cheese on a foot long, the server (out of... confusion I believe) started to add steak on the bread, I reminded her that my order is "Egg & Cheese" (I dont eat meat) andrequested her to redo my order. At this point a gentleman by name RAFI who works there passed a rude statement "what do we dowith this bread then huh?" I requested him to talk politely to me as it is his staff's mistake, to which he started to verballyabuse me, passed racial slurs. I didn't want to escalate this matter, so I stayed quiet, picked up my order and was leaving, atthis point, he started to chase me and attacked, pushed me around and tried punching me. This was a completely unprovokedattack. His behavior was very violent like that of a veteran criminal, which you can also witness from the attached pictures. Iam going to speak to my lawyer soon and also write to the Subway Headoffice and take this matter forward. I do not want anyother Canadian to go through the mental stress and insult I been put to by RAFI. Read more
They don?t deserve even a single star! The man working here (Name is Rafi) doesn?t know how to talk! He refused to serve us... because i requested him to please change his gloves to new ones as he had touched every dirty kind of place! Read more
Saddest person working here. Seemed like he was forced to work here and was unhappy to see a customer. Went here in hopes of... making his Thanksgiving and was planning of giving him a small amount of tip for working in such condition and on Thanksgivingday but ended up writing this review as he seemed to have saddened me with the level of service. He needs to understand he's notdoing any favors by serving me nor me by giving him business. But a smile can do wonders. Hope he is doing well in personallife and not having some other stress but not a good way of treating any customer. Read more
Not very hygienic. When the man working went to put on his gloves, he practically touched every part of the outside of the glove... when grabbing it. Makes it pointless to wear a glove with this practice. Also, the Subway just around the corner is slightlycheaper and provides better service and the sandwiches look a lot more appealing. Read more
I've been eating at Subway for around 15 years now. I went last Saturday for my meal, and the staff (Lily and Alex) were really... friendly and accommodating. The bread was toasted well, and the cookies were fresh. The store was clean and the service was fastsince it wasn't too busy that day. The store has changed a fair bit over the years, but it's good to see they still know how toserve their customers well. Read more
Great place to eat. The staff was very friendly. I went there around 8 in the evening. The sandwich artist by the name "Rafi"... was very caring and welcoming. He made the greatest sandwich I ever had at subway. Eating there has become my daily routine now.Definitely recommend it. Read more
