(Previously a 5 star review, reducing it to 1 star) AVOID THIS LOCATION!! I order Subway very often 3 to 4 times a week and I... have to say this location has gone downhill and is now an absolute shambles. I'd recommend trying another location or orderingfrom literally anywhere else in the area. They get my order wrong 50% of the time. In the last 24 hours I ordered 4 sandwichesand all 4 were wrong and messed up!! I got delivery this evening and had to walk to return the wrong order to the store as theSubway app does not allow you to tell them they messed up your order, it just allows you to call the store, which I did at5:48pm and they didn't answer. After a 25 minute walk to the store in the cold and a wait, the worker who politely declined toshare her name called her manager and I was eventually issued with my refund - or at least to come back to the store if I don'tget the refund in 48 hours.. I've mostly ordered from here for pickup or delivery only so have never really looked around. Whilethe worker served another customer waiting for my refund to be issued I was grossed out to see the amount of large flies flyingaround the food area and the worker having to swat and dodge them, which is the main reason I declined to have a replacementsandwich made and elected to have a frozen pizza from Sobeys instead. Pictures of the flies may be available upon request if therestaurant wishes to dispute their existence. I've spoken to the manager before once or twice and he was polite and wanted toresolve the mistakes, but enough is enough. Read more
My go to location as I work close by. I usually get a glutenfree sandwich and I'm always impressed with the quality of the bread... to be honest! I had a couple of days where the bread was so soggy that everything fell apart while eating but recently thequality of the bread went back to normal and I love it! Staff is friendly and I love the option to sit outside as well!Washrooms are blocked off most of the time for some reason, probably my only complaint ???? Read more
The store is ok but pretty small , but you still get space in patio , which is a great place to sit. The washrooms of the store... are not operational so please don't visit the store with your bladders full. If you are looking for veg Pattie then itsavailable in the sore but how long no idea.
