What a joke avoid this one, ordered online and get to the store to find out they don?t have the ingredients to make my 3 subs.... Refused to give me a refund and expect me to just change my order to what they can make me. Wouldn?t order from here there hasto be one close by that isn?t this ridiculous. Read more
The male who works at night (the manager) is fantastic. He is very fast and makes amazing sandwiches. He is extremely personable... and friendly as well. The daytime staff are also great and always polite and friendly as well. I go out of my way to travel alittle bit further to this subway because it never lets me down! Read more
I went there around 7:45 at night to grab a foot long as I had a coupon for it. I order my foot long on white with ham as my... cold cut. As observing the girl working there helping the previous guest I seen she was new or just seemed that she didn?t wantto work. As it came to my sub she wasn?t doing anything to subway standards to the amount of cold cuts on the sub to the amountof tomato?s that go on the sub. I did ask for bacon on my sub and she just grabbed a few pieces and threw it on as a clump on mysub. I was like that okay I can fix it. I asked for pickles usually they try and drain the pickle juice no she practicallyfilled my sub with pickle juice. I got to the counter to pay I gave my coupon she said sorry I am new I do not know how to dothis. I said okay no worries can you grab someone from the back to help with the process as there was a guest waiting to ordertheir sub. She said it?s my first day and it?s only me. I was upset as how can subway or anyone leave someone brand new on theirfirst day with a till of money and not know how to problem solve with guests. I asked for her to call her manager as this isjust unacceptable and it still needs to be honoured. She didn?t understand anything we spoke to her ?manager? on her personalphone for her manager to say it?s not her first day and we are not honouring the coupon as she isn?t trained and I?m not drivingto the store. I said you know it?s okay I just won?t come back I used to come to this location 4-5 times a week never had aproblem until now. This was just disgusting to deal with. With myself who works in the restaurant/fast food restaurant this isnot how you deal with guests or even train staff to deal with a guest this way. Don?t waste time to go at this location. Staff doesn?t look happy to see customer. Just making it like she has no option. Wrong... setting of toaster used to toast bread and meat as a result meat was cold bread was soggy. After billing staff doesn?t even careto handover atleast to the glass, I had to put my arm inside to pick sandwich. I don?t know what else to say kindly train yourstaff properly. The staff is great but their sandwich making skills need improvement. I decided to try their wraps and they are pathetic. They... missed the caesar dressing on my Chicken Caesar wrap. I asked for extra lettuce but when she rolled it half of it fell out. Sherolled it the wrong way so all the meat was at the bottom. And they barely toasted it. Food was good and prepared quickly. There wasn't much seating space, and some of the tables were sticky .
