Poor service, waited 20 min just because one Staff was struggling with people who were sharing same languages like her. 2 boys... were there ,One of the customer (boy) who was talking with her even didn?t wear mask (customers or friends?) I was in line thatboys who were seating till the time and taking to her ,suddenly when my turn came they stood front of me and started to giveorder, even while giving order one of the hoy were without mask. when I asked that there?s line and that staff was like, theywere seating before you , seriously??? Very poor customer service. To my knowledge there is to be 2 scoops of meat. As the lady was preparing our sandwich she would... scoop and dump some of the meat out(Southwest Chicken) When she was done there was very little meat on the sandwich. As I wastrying ask her if she can out more on..she said no and turned her back on me while the sandwich was in the toaster. She had anattitude from the minute I asked her about the amout of chicken. And to top it all of the sandwich was not satisfying as it wasall veg and no meat. Not at all good customer service. Few items were not there. Lack of fresh veggies. And the employee put wrong dresses in my... sandwich which she can?t remove after that and I don?t like the taste at all. She didn?t even try to give some reduction in theprice . I eat at this subway every other week since my work place is near by. The lady there is super stingy with the toppings where I... would need to ask her kindly to put a little more. On a foot long, I asked for olives, pickles, cucumber etc. I counted 5-6 ofeach on my sub... a little more please lol Read more
Would not recommend this place. The mac and cheese is awful, it is incredibly runny/soupy. They added way to much water to cut... costs and the toppings were stingy as well on the sandwich. Skip it and go somewhere else! Read more
I came there on Monday June 17 at 7pm. I ordered a sandwich and the lady had the worst attitude I?ve ever seen . She gave me a... roasted chicken sandwich the chicken was still frozen when I ate and when I asked if she can warm it up she said that she can?tbecause I already took a bite and told me that it?s not her problem and ignored me. I was a costumer to this branch since 2016but now I will never go back again , for the Owner: a worker with such an attitude is able to harm your business , if she hateher job so much perhaps you can hire someone who likes it . In a good location, not too busy. Clean and bread and toppings are always fresh. I could have given 4 Stars but the staff there... was told by the manager that I could not take photos inside even though I mentioned it was for Google Reviews. So the 3 starswill stay this way until the next time I visit.... I have no problems taking a photo outside! Lol Read more
