Service and sandwich were lovely, however PLEASE NOTE that if you tip on the debit machine, it does NOT go to your sandwich... artist. I was told this after I paid, and if this is true I must say that this is completely unfair and backwards and should becorrected immediately. If you are only paying your staff minimum wage, what gives you the right to take their tips too? Pleaseresolve this. Read more
Worst customer service ever. I was waiting in line to be served and the staff decided to serve the person who is a fellow staff... member or a friend and who was not even standing in line. He was siting in the dining area the whole time, me and othercustomers were standing in line. No acknowledgement, no excuse and so no manners. Such a rude customer service. Maybe whoever was working tonight (Sept 26 around 9:45pm) is completely illiterate, but all 3 subs I ordered were not even in... the realm of correct. Forgot the chicken on the chicken sub, toppings, dressing, etc were completely ignored and I receivedwhatever the dude felt like giving me. If you own this franchise location you should be brutally embarrassed. BTW the attachedpicture is the "chicken" sub. Extremely depressing to think people care this little about what they do. I get it, it's fast food. I'm not expecting fine dining. That said, this location specifically puts so much emphasis on speed it... seems like all they care about is getting people in and out at the expense of just slapping the sandwich together. It would benice if they spent just a little more time with putting everything together. Don't get me wrong, I'll be eating there again, Ijust think they could do better. Read more
Is a nice place. Subway quality. Nice service. The guy in training was very attentive and friendly.
Clean, most ingredients seemed fresh. 4 stars because you can fill up for cheap if you need to (but, really, not as cheap as... cooking your own stuff). Read more
