Omg! Got so shocked when I tried to place the order! The employee here was not listening at all. I?ve told her a thousand times... I just wanna half and half for the meat but please put the meat together in the same sub. Without asking me, she first cut thefoot long sub into two halves and tried to make two sandwiches. And after I told her I?d like to mix half meat together,(pleasenot put them into two 6? sub) she put double meat in the sub and charged me??!! Then I tried to explain it again to the otheremployee, but he told me they charge the same price for half half and double???!!! Okay I paid for lessons. Read more
Management & ownership are terrible. I will never order here again as I find that the bread is hard and stale.
I've had several issues with this location, on several occasions. - Sometimes they argue my subway coupons ??? The ones you... receive in the mail. - If I ask for extra tomatoes, I'm lucky to receive 2 on a 12", same goes for cucumbers. If I ask for afew more, it's outright ignored or I receive a single cucumber more. - Often over apply sauce - I've now learned to ask for alittle to get a "normal amount". Read more
Waited over 10 minutes with only one person ahead of me. There were multiple staff there but only one girl making sandwiches. I... left because I couldn't wait any longer. Horrible fast food service Id also like to note the sandwhich station was not stockedbecause she had to keep leaving to get ingredients. Updated : Went back again today to see if it was a one off, happy to sayit was. Very disappointed with my service today. I ordered a six inch sub of the day & the server said "oh you can handle a 12 inch" I... proceeded to tell him no I only want a 6 inch & he smirked. F First of all no server should tell a customer what they canhandle. It ruined my whole experience. Secondly, I am diabetic & do not need that much bread but that should not have to beexplained. Hands-down this is the best Subway location I have ever been to. The bread is always fresher than fresh and has a unique... robustness to it that no other Subway location can seem to accomplish. The veggies also look impossibly fresh every single dayand taste like they were harvested that morning. When it comes to the staff, they are really friendly and overall a great groupof people. They are also are quick to memorize your order if you visit often which is great! I used to think Subway was sub-paruntil this location opened and blew my expectations away.
