Avoid this location if you care about hygiene. I went here for a "quick" lunch stop, however, it turned out that I wasted my... whole lunch waiting to order (there was no one in line but me....). I get to the counter to order after the previous customer. The lady behind the counter then went to the back, not sure what for, but it didn't bother me. She was gone for about 5minutes. When she came back she avoided any kind of eye contact with me. She ran to an iPad that was ringing 'skip the dishes'orders..... I arrived at the subway around 1:05pm, my lunch ends at 1:30pm.... .... the worker proceeded to address the skiporders and leave me standing at the counter for 15 minutes. She then asked me if I was ready, and I said "yes, I've beenwaiting for you" trying not to be rude. She then went back to the iPad and started other orders. She laid out about 4different orders on the counter not even acknowledging me. I was still standing there. I got pretty fed up at this point as mylunch break was over and I had no lunch (thanks subway). I had to walk out, there was no customer servicewhat-so-ever. Afterward, I thought back and realized that the lady making the food never washed her hands after touching theiPad (she had gloves on though) She had her hands in all the toppings after touching multiple surfaces with those glovedhands..... She going to make someone sick like that. If you don't care about the customer you are putting profits ahead ofpeople. I can't support a company with that sort of policy. You've been cancelled. I ordered online throught application, and the old lady at this subway didn?t follow the instructions properly. It was clearly... two different sandwiches and she made it same. And sauces were rarely tasted. And inside my sub was literally less, I thought iam just eating bread. Moreover when i went to the store she didn?t even change her gloves while handling meat and veggies. Ididn?t like her attitude. I need refund for what i was offered. Read more

Poor customer service. Their extremely buggy app refused to let me check out (not the store's fault) but the store was really... unhelpful and refused to honour the advertised price on the app (a deal for 3 footlongs). I wasted a ton of time messing withthe app and got ripped off for my trouble. Likely won't be going back to Subway. Read more

I don't recommend this subway, I tried to use a coupon and the retailer says I couldn't use it with the wrap I selected. On... the coupon it doesn't say you can't have guac on it. And the size is very small. Not worth the price. Had to pay for 3wraps. Also says surrender with purchase. He wouldn't accept my coupon. Read more

Worst service ever. I?m used to goto subway almost every other day for the last 3 times specially at the evening time. The... closing staff member here is never in mood of providing good service he always have reason not to give few services such as theycan?t grill the sandwich because I?ve 3 type of veggies in the sub and that?s too much for him. Also when he grills the papersticks to the sub. I won?t recommend to anyone to go to this store. Read more

I walked in quite hungry for the worker to tell me at 8:47pm he was no longer serving people and had much to cleanup and go... home. He was almost done serving his 2 subs and could have easily accommodated me as a paying customer, but turned me away infavour of cleaning up and going home. Very disappointing experience. Read more

In the world of Franchise Fast Food, it's hard to see a difference. But every once in a while you visit a location that stands... out, and this is one of those locations. Staff is friendly and they take their time and care with your meal (within theconfines of the business model, of course - you're not going to experience a super-long wait time to receive yoursammich). Ingredients are fresh, and the space is nice and sunny. Definitely one of the better Subway restaurants that I havebeen to. My only beef? Maybe a few more choices for soft drinks - but that's just me being picky. Read more

I went for a sandwich and they do not have glasses to drink water, the staff told me that their policy is that if I want to... drink water I?d have to bring my own container. I didn?t had one on me so I had to eat the sandwich without a drink. Inresponse to your question (I can?t believe I have to clarify this): My concern is that you did not provided me with a glass justbecause I was going to drink water. I know it?s Subway policy to offer a plastic transparent glass because I have received oneon every other subway that I have visited. Read more
