Came in with my boyfriend new to the area don?t mind that the subway is super close to my new house .. poor customer service... ordered 2 subs immediately you could see the bread they pulled out was not baked properly.. I asked on one of my subs littlesauce because my boyfriend can not eat a lot of sauce on his food the lady just ignored my request and put tons of sauce and Iprompted her to not put anymore she continued as she turned around she dropped the whole sub on the floor I didn?t say anythingshe remade the sub this time with more sauce still ignoring my request by the time both subs came out of the toaster shestarted topping the sub with more sauce I wouldn?t recommend coming here it?s bad customer service they have no idea what theyare doing and ignore your request when you pay for it and you will be eating it choose a different subway Read more
I visited Subway with my small daughter. We planned to take a sandwich and go to the playground. When we entered, there was a... line, so we decided first to use the washroom, as she wanted to pee. Manager started to shout, that we must to ask before usingthe washroom. I asked him, wether it is not cafe and washroom is private. He replied, that I must ask and it is only forcustomers. I don't know his name, as he didn't represent himself or even told "hello". He just were continuing to say, that Idon't understand and I need to ask before using the toilette. The staff is more often then not cold, making you feel unwelcome. But that is not what upset me enough to post this. Today the... employee cashed my order out while my sub was in the toaster, then WITHOUT CHANGING HER GLOVES continued to make my sub. ????especially since the rules and regulations are more in effect due to COVID. Update: They hired new people and making them keep everything clean and neat. The staff is very friendly and subs are happen to... be great. I would recommend to anyone. Not sure about the working hours, but we came there at 9pm and set until 10pm. Everythingwas great. The place itself is big, but the service isn't that good. You cannot trust or rely on the staff that's workingthere. My friend asked for tuna and went to the washroom, they did not even bother to put tuna in it. They try to give you asleast as it is possible. However, the actual place is clean. We were on the shift change of two people, instead of providingservice, they were just chatting. Read more
High prices and bread from the day before. Constantly running out of things. No deals anymore. Slow staff who have trouble... hearing and understand what they are told. Could it be that they are probably underpaid and understaffed? Read more
