This place is awful. They are crooks! Why am I paying for extra cheese, extra drinks, letting them know it should be toasted,... but I don't receive any of that. Second time in a row. The staff is clearly incompetent. Management should look into hiring newstaff. Why am I paying $30 for food and half my items are missing and not made how I like it??? Girl was going too fast, put all the cheese in the middle of the sub, then when I asked for sub sauce she barely put any on. So... I asked for more and she put an obnoxious amount of sauce on because I asked for a LITTLE more. No communication between theteam members so I had to say the same thing to both of them. Very good for what it is which is simply a sub joint. Reasonably good quality and the staff seem to be well trained. Never Had a... Bad Sandwich there. I go there on a semi-regular basis. The discounted daily subs are a very good idea. They have had a fewproblems in the past. The 12 inch sub not being 12 in, melamine in the bread for some reason and the spokesperson Jerrod gainingan enormous amount of weight and being criminally charged with something I can't remember. However that is all in the past andI definitely recommend going. Read more
