I'm not sure how you miss the avocado in an Avocado and Steak sandwich. Unfortunately I ordered it on the app to use a promotion... and didn't have a chance to watch over my sandwich. There is no indication of any mobile pick up area and a poorly layed outrestaurant. I would highly reccomend not using the app to ensure you can correct any errors they make in person. Read more
I wanted to try the newly advertised crispy chicken sandwich. I was given a choice to either make it the small bun or to do the... sandwich. I chose to do the sandwich because I was hungry. The guy that was there did not offer to toast the sandwich and thechicken was not crispy in fact it was quite a bit soggy so I'm sorry but this cannot be called the crispy chicken. I paid $7.59 plus tax for a 6? Steak and Cheese There was barely any meat or cheese on top of the bread. Even the bread is... stale and sitting outside where the air and other germs can easily go on it The staff is frugal for toppings as well I will noteat at this location again Subway in general is expensive and they cheap out on toppings and meat Even the Subway customerservice does not respond. Best Subway ever, they are so fast and clean. They have team work with good customer service and fresh vegies.
THERE WAS PIECE OF PLASTIC IN THE SUB!!!! About an inch long piece of clear plastic which apparently came from the sauce bags... that they use to fill up the smaller bottles and it ended up in my sub while I was eating. After I told them they got frustratedand made it sound like it was my fault. I?m disappointed in subway, this is not what I would?ve expected from them. Pretty disappointed with assembly of my sandwich. When I brought this to their attention they originally offered me a sub so... when I ordered the sub they tried to charge me for not getting the sub of the day. Eventually, I got my money back and the ownerwas just completely not understanding that they did anything wrong. Read more
