Very good customer service, All employees working there are friendly. I have my lunch daily, but after 3 month i got to know... that guys working day&till midnight not get tips. There was tip option while i was paying for food since last 3 month non ofthem got tip. I Request owner to understand employees, appreciate them. Tonight was the 4th time I've tried to get a sub and was told WE'RE OUT OF BREAD. Once maybe twice I get it but 4 times. Very... inadequate employees. You must know that you're going to run out of buns on a Friday!! No 5th time for me. My business goeselsewhere! Read more
Staff refused to let us as paying customers use the bathroom. Very rude about it. Said their manager told them not to. After... saying they were told not to then said oh well it?s dirty so you can?t use it. Which was just excuses. Ran out of ranch in thebottle however I asked if there was some in the back. The employee responded yes but it?ll be a couple minutes to get it. I toldhim that was fine and I wanted the ranch. Employee rolled his eyes and reluctantly went to get it. Overall would not recommendgoing back. Very poor attitudes for staff as well as poor customer service Not to mention for a location open 24/7 to only haveone kind of bread (which they were close to running out of) is very poor operating procedures and just pure laziness. The service is garbage here, the staff is ignorant. They routinely run out of toppings and refuse to get more from the back.... They refuse to give plastic bags to carry your order home by saying we do not have them to only turn around and ship subs outthe side with UBER in plastic bags.I?ve gone here multiple times and they don?t have bread. Do you not know your business wellenough that you do not plan for Blue Jays crowds? Just a complete garbage experience overall. I recommend going to the pita spotnext door. Get you business in order as this is a horrible look on Subway. I have contacted Subway corporate and advised of thedisservice you do to their customer base. Read more
Unfortunately ZERO stars was not a option because that?s definitely what they earned. When I walked in a 3:20ish on a Thursday,... there was only one person in line so not visibly busy. I noticed the cookies display was so empty there wasn?t even a crumb toindicate they just ran out, the fridge was fairly empty and the chips were 48% stocked. Non the less I was hungry a proceeded inline to order, the staff then informed me that there was only rap bread and flat. Yet as I go to order a wrap he says oh I onlyhave flat bread. I decided I don?t want it anymore, I ask how long fresh bread will be as I see 6mins on the oven he gives meattitude say not anytime soon. I go outside three minutes later I see bread coming from the back so I run back in to get inline. There where full of attitude and just out right rude. They have no ability to list or move with urgency three times I saidno cheese, she proceeds to put cheese on, I then repeat my self. She proceeds to take the cheese of my pork and throw it back inthe cheese container, I made a comment to say that some people can?t have pork and what she did was not ok, she didn?t fix itand gave me attitude. I could really go on for a while about my disappointing interaction with them but I rather put my energyin something that deserves it. Worst experience ever. Read more
I asked for black olives and spinach on my sub and the employee said they didn?t have any, I asked if they had it in the back as... they usually would and he said no. When my friend and I finished eating I saw they had put out fresh bins of spinach and blackolives. The hell kinda service is this? Read more
The behaviour of one of the employees at this Subway branch was very poor, resulting in mistreatment and food preparation that... is against Subway policy. I bought from this restaurant 2 days in a row (Saturday and Sunday) and was served by the same team.On the first occasion I was served by the employee in question and told him to cut 2 one ft subs and wrap them individually,for which he told me that I have to pay extra for this. There are no signs or disclaimers of this surcharge on the board makingit impossible for me to know of this. Is this a company policy? If so his way of informing was rude and completely incorrect. Itook the subs as it was given (without it being individually wrapped) and noticed that it was difficult to share in the settingI was in. Next day I went back to the same Subway and ordered 2 subs again. I was being served by a different employee and whenI requested him to wrap the first sub, he did it. For which the employee in question jumped in between and interrupted ourconversation and yelled that I must pay extra. Mind you I had already payed for my two subs. This was infuriating since oneemployee was willing to wrap them separately, but another person came in-between! We ended up in an argument and I requested formy money back. He shouted that I cannot get refunded and when I asked to see the manager, he told me come back next day. In themiddle of the argument I didn't notice that they did not add any cheese or sauce to the second sub even though I had requestedthat they make both of them the exact same way. Instead they threw both of them in the bag and handed it to me. It was only whenI had returned to my family that we opened the bag and noticed that one of the subs was completely bland and it was not possibleto return back to the same Subway location since we had already driven away.
