Probably the most inconsistent subway. Almost every time there is an issue. No bread on a Sunday 1:30 pm. Grill wasn?t even... turned on all day so when asked it takes 25 min to warm up. Can?t cut my meatballs in half for my child because it?s policy.Can?t make a meatball wrap because it?s policy. Out of this out of that. Moving forward I would much rather drive to a furtherlocation. today when I went in I ordered a 12 inch but then I forgot I didn't have enough. Every time I come in here I would give them... extra money $3-5. Today when I missed $6 the old Indian guy started screaming at me and he disrespectfully put half of thesandwich into the garbage. Read more
Do not trust this subway with open time. Sign clearly says til 9pm for weekdays and when i stepped in employee told me they... close at 8pm.alright than explain to me how these people are buying sandwich. Its after 8pm, refuse to serve me and employee wasable to serve other customers? Being unprofessional, planning to report to their headquarter. Read more
Subway app says open until 11pm BUT IT CLOSES AT 9:30PM. Boyfriend and I ordered through app and show up to a mask-less employee... and her mask-less friend inside locking up the doors. I posted the same thing through their survey. "She was efficient in taking and creating our order. She was so efficient that our... bread were barely toasted and the cheeses were barely melted. Furthermore, she was one of the worst sandwich artist we have everencountered. She placed the meat on one side of the bread and the veggies at the other side, so when you bit into the sandwich,you either only get the meat or the veggies. Also, what is up with the lack of veggie options? Just lettuce, tomato, olive,pickle, green pepper and hot pepper." Such a bad experience with this location. The Indian guy working here was very rude. I asked him to cut my 12inch sub into 2... halves and pack it separately because it was for 2 people. He got so mad and said this is something we don't do. I am doing itthis time but don't ask for it again. I love eating from subway and they have always cut my 12 inch into 2 separate packs. Iwill never come back to this location. There was nobody in the store except me and if u are too busy to not serve the customer idon't know what are u even doing. Read more
This is the worse Subway location we have ever been too. The place is not clean, which seems to be a common problem with most of... the stores in this plaza. But the main issue was the attitude of the staff (owners?). My son likes Subway steak sandwich, so weorder it frequently at different locations and what we get is consistent. But not at this location! The amount of meat they putin the sandwich was almost half of what we usually get, same went with the toppings. We asked for only two toppings; olive andpickles and my son asked to get "a lot of pickles". They added 8 pieces of pickles to a foot long sandwich (no joking). When heasked if please they could add more pickles, the lady rolled her eyes and added 4 extra pieces! Without exaggeration, thesandwich content was less than half of what we get at other locations.
