Always Fresh to NEVER FRESH. Bread is always dry & hard. Never follow the instructions, tried several times but No improvements.... Ordered a green goddess rice bowl and some of the main elements were missing. There was no avocado, cheese and green goddess... dressing. It was a takeout and there were no paper napkins or cutlery included as well.Disappointing. Read more
I ordered through the Subway App, to utilize the deals. But the app made errors on one of my order beyond my belief. I took the... sandwich back, and informed the store keeper. At first they were reluctant to believe me. It is hard to believe. Then I saidthat I would pay for the replacement sandwich. When they prepared the new sandwich and they surprised me by offering free. Thiskind of customer service level is outstanding. Subway head office take note, your ordering app has a flaw, and a mind of itsown, you need to fix it to avoid food wastes. I ordered through Ubereats because there's a BOGO deal on right now, and I have to say the sandwich I got today has got to be... the best I have seen ever. It was just perfect, from the sandwich itself to the way it was wrapped. In fact, it was so perfectI tried to call in to say thank you and offer a tip to whoever made the sandwich because there is no way to do that throughUbereats, but couldn't get through. It was only after the call I checked and saw that they close at 9PM. It was that good. Ialways used to laugh at how Subway calls their counterfront positions "Sandwich Artists". But this was an actual piece of art,so now I kind of get what they mean. From the pictures you might think "oh it looks so clean because they didn't put a lot oftoppings in", but I was fully satisfied with the topping game. I can't speak for everyone who works there but whoever made mysandwiches(Ubereats order for 2 Italian BMTs placed around 7PM)* needs to be given recognition for it. *If anyone from thislocation reads this review, could you contact me please? Visited this week and both of the Gujarati guys gave a great service. Loved the portion. Must visit.
