The subway here is worst. When I asked for Veggie delight she said that we do not serve veggie patty and charged extra. We had... no problem paying but even after paying the amount. Firstly the sandwich was too messy and even after requesting again and againfor the proper stuff of veggies to fill in she just put 4-4 pieces of the veggies. Also sauces were so little that it did notgive any taste in my sub. Also they denied for the ketchup when asked and said ?you can get ketchp fromMc Donalds?.Seriously???? Waste of money!!!! Please avoid visiting this Subway. Also when we said we get free cookies in all Subway, shejust gave a wierd gesture. Is this how the customer is treated!!!! Please remove this junk franchise! This place is ridiculous and the employee over here is way too arrogant. We asked for extra sauces and veggies she didn't give... us and we also asked for ketchup and she refused and guided us to get it from McDonald's as if we were unaware of that. Pleasenever try this subway here. Sauces she added ourwawereery few that we can not even get a taste of. Please never go there,avoid...... Rude very rude. I have worked at subway for 4 years and i know all the rules and regulations. I went to this subway in albion mall to buy 1... footlong veggie patty. I asked for veggie patty, and the employee name was Hema Patel, she told me that they do not sell veggiepatty, then i asked for only veggie sandwich. When i asked for more veggies she told me that she can't put more veggies, this isridiculous. Even she only put 4 greenpeppers,4 cucumbers, 4 Jalapenoes, 6 olives, 4 small pieces of tomatoes, and onlylittle bit lettuce which is not the subway standards and not enough sauce even i asked for. So much rude behavior to thecustomer and worst customer service ever. My sandwich was very messy and it was just like bread and sauce. We ordered a veggi delight sandwich and it felt like we are just having bread and sauce! The vegetables portion is very less! We... have been to a number of subways (we love subway) but this was the worst experience. The lady (I feel it was the owner) kept 4pcs of cucumber on a footlong sandwich. My husband just bought a veggie Sub for me. I am on the phone telling him what I need. He was telling the lady. When I got it... there were so little vegetables. I work for subway so I know. The workers should give the customers what they asked for, thishave half of the normal amount of vegetables. I had to post this. Today I went back to subway in Albion mall. I spoke to theserver, who called the manager. I explained what happened the last time. She was very nice about it and apologize, saying maybeit was busy. I ordered a veggie Sub again.
