In addition to the staff at this location being slow, cleanliness seems to be another persistent problem. One of the staff put... parts of a customers sub back in the container after the customer changed his mind. Most of the cheese and some of the veggieswere even covered in little pieces of meat. The tuna was filled with copious amounts of mayo and had hard bits of old tuna mixedthroughout. I stop by this place to get dinner. Before I order my food I used washroom and wash my hand. The lady that prepared to food was... so rude. She was so disrespectful. We all have bad days but we should not lose our control especially to customers. I did noteven say or did something wrong. It is like what is going on. What is wrong with her. Read more
TLDR: They use old and stale bread. Wilted vegetables and the chicken is drier than sand. Not good, avoid. Full review... below. This review is for "Subway" at "936 Dixon Rd". There are good Subway locations and there are bad Subway locations, thisis neither. Dixon's Subway is simply disgusting. The bread is like eating cardboard with shards of rocks. The chicken is drierthan the Sahara desert and the veggies are just a sad lump of mush. My dog wouldn't even eat this. They can't be bothered towrap the sandwich fully or simply seal the bag with the provided sticker. The White Macadamia Cookies aren't bad though, andthat's about the only good thing here. Visited here yesterday and today. The sandwich and soup is decent but the staff js great. JayRaj changed my order on my request... and fixed me up with a superb sandwich surprise ????. Kudos as i loved it. Very nice chap . Great skill in in work. Will visitagain. Read more
