Enjoyed my birthday dinner with family and with my dog. We loved the dog friendly patio which had a great atmosphere. Great... selection of draft beer and other drinks. Yummy food and my dog also loved the menu. There is also a big selection of games forkids and adults which we enjoyed. Staff and owner were also great. Thank you for such an enjoyable experience. This is an amazing experience for our dog.. Teddy gets to enjoy a great patio and select his lunch off the pup menu. Humans got... a delicious fish & chips, classic breakfast along with Caesar and kids size burger. Servers were amazing attentive & friendly.We were well taken care of and Teddy enjoyed his beer, chicken & rice along with whipped cream carrot dessert. A server showed up after 15 minutes of my arrival to just giving me the menu, then another server showed up and said sorry the... kitchen is closed (it was 9:15 PM) and then she came back & said you can order food if you order it now. I ordered Palomacocktail and the taste was so bad. They charge $15 for that. The burger's bread was soggy, the onion rings came greasy and whenI asked another server (guy with blonde hair) what kind of hot sauce do you have he said "I don't know"!!!! Reasonably price food and drinks. Loved the cottage pie. It was my first time having cottage pie. It is good and hearty. The... service is great, they let me taste some of the beer before ordering. A place with good vibes and I recommend people bringfriends for trivia night. I got destroyed at guessing the songs. I could do the science and history trivia questions. Read more
Was looking for a pub when we were in Cabbagetown. The place has charm. We ordered the fish and chips with a glass of stout ale.... the fish was amazing. The chips not so much. The ratio of tartar sauce to haddock needs to be more. Service was good. We had astroller and were comfortably seated at a corner table near the entrance. Read more
Great drink selection, good food, and very fun for trivia night! The fish and chips are always too oily for me when I get... through to the second half. Other than, the other food is pretty good! Edit (2021-08-19): Their patio is very stuffy and thereis not enough open space to allow air to flow through. As you can see from my photos, the fish and chips got significantlysmaller over the years. Their pulled pork tater tots special was very delicious though! Read more
The server was lovely, friendly and attentive. I had the tomato soup and grill cheese. The soup was amazing, so delicious and... fresh tasting. I'd skip the grill cheese next time. It had 1 single slice of cheese on it, it was essentially expensive toast. Read more
