This Starbucks location is newly renovated with a complete new team of staff, who are warm, welcoming, energetic, and... professional. It is clean, fresh and well organized. I always love to hangout and get some work done at a clean Starbucks, andthis location so far is doing an amazing job to maintain its cleanliness. Especially after working from home for so long, thislocation is a good place for me to have a change of working environment and increase my productivity. I was really hoping to love this place and make it my go-to Starbucks location. After my experience today, I won?t go... back. This ?licensed Starbucks? doesn?t offer a pickup service so I couldn?t order from the app. I had such a hard timeexplaining that I wanted no ice and extra drizzle. The staff was argumentative about these rather basic requests. The staff seemto be new and I can empathize so that isn?t what prompted me to write this review. This location is higher priced than theother locations, even the proper Starbucks that?s a mere one block away! There?s a sign right at the counter promoting Starbucksrewards with a ?Get Started? link, which they oddly don?t actually accept. When asked about this, the manager said that theywere obliged to put the sign up by ?corporate?. I reward this location the lowest possible rating for its atmosphere,incomplete service, and the higher price. Read more
This location does not take Starbucks Rewards, will not be able to load Starbucks card, aren't clear on the policy for refills... and are inconsistently trained about whether Rewards members get benefits. (They have a sign right in front of the register,but when asked they said "Corporate made us put it there".) Was really sad when this place first shut down during the lockdowns but I?m so happy they reopened! Newly renovated and great... friendly service! The store manager and staff are super! It?s a great central location to grab a coffee before you hop on thesubway or if you just want to sit and get some work done. A plus that They?re open late too! Read more
Love Starbucks but this location was horrible. Ordered three separate drinks. One was an espresso shot so couldn?t go wrong with... that one but the other two drinks were not even close to being prepared properly. Iced Mocha should be pretty standard. Haveordered same at other Starbucks & always good. For the cost of these drinks they should get it right! Read more
