the barista that worked friday morning (july 8th) was the sweetest person ever.
Every single barista here charges you DIFFERENT prices for the SAME drink. Yesterday when I got one classic latte and asked for... oat shaken espresso they told me they were out of oat milk, then instead of charging me for a normal shaken espresso theyproceed to still overcharge me 15$ for 2 classic simple drinks. FLAT 15$. The price should?ve been 12.54$- it?s what I alwayspay. What a RIP OFF. The new female employee with glasses needs retraining. Read more
I've tried this recipe at a couple places: Brown sugar shaken oat espresso, light vanilla cold foam, Two pumps white mocha, in a... venti size. And it's been pretty amazing at other locations. However, the barista at this location made it SO GOOD. I don'tknow how but it was definitely better here. I guess she really understands the exact amounts according to the recipe. I put off leaving a review as I didn't know the Barista's name and now I do so... I ordered a drink and forgot about a mod I... needed. Harjit (who is super friendly and amazing) offered to redo my drink no questions asked. I know how stressful working inthis type of environment is so to accommodate like this, to me anyways, is HUGE!!! Kudos to him :) He deserves somerecognition!! Read more
I usually resent going to the Starbucks inside grocery stores but this morning has completely changed my mind. The staff this... morning was absolutely lovely and so mindful of giving each customer a personal experience in a timely manner. Shoutout to Kyrafor asking exactly how much almond milk i wanted in my drink and for the cheerful note on my cup. You guys are doing a reallygreat job and this experience really did start my day off on a high note.
