A little kiosk Starbucks. Quality is what you expect, but service was off - the staff were exhausted.
The ladies at the Starbucks in Loblaws (Leslie and Lakeshore) are great. Welcoming, fun, happy to see you. My issue is with the... store itself (a counter really) that has the corporate signs promoting their "rewards" program, but the store itself doesn'thave the capacity (software?) to scan your loyalty card. It is very frustrating when staff closes their location early. According to the hours on google this location is open until 8pm... however they closed at 7:20 and refuse to serve. Read more
staff very confused and slow, need additional training. plus there was only one worker when i went??? plus didnt get asked what... size i want for my drink after i asked but didnt say a size, just gave me grande ???? would rather go to the one across thestreet. Read more
I live across the street, and have been here MANY times (almost daily), and I would say that although convenient, not being able... to use points is disappointing, and some of the staff are very confused and slow. Not sure if additional training is needed ormore staff. Its just easier at this point to go to the Berkely location around the corner from loblaws if you want Starbucks Read more
I love this Starbucks but you know what the drive-thru is always so jammed. You're almost better off to park your car and go... inside.. just sayin ??????????? Read more
Can?t use pints to redeem coffee. The barista put the pick up coffee in a place that anyone can access. Don?t feel safe during... pandemic. Read more
Friendly staff. I really like the mobile order pick up because the drive thru is usually busy. There is lots of parking but... sometimes getting in and out of the parking lot is slow. Read more
