Wanted to try Starbucks pumpkin spice latte for my birthday! Someone else with my name ordered matcha latte and I only heard... ?monica latte? so I took the drink from the barista and left. As soon as I stepped out I saw that the drink was green and had?matcha? on it, and went back inside and told them. They were kind enough to make another matcha latte for that lady but thatlady was super mad and giving stares lol. Guys please be loud while mentioning the order not just the name. I was kindaembarrassed, I?m sorry for taking the wrong order, I only heard my name and latte and I was in a rush to make it to church ontime???????????? Don't go to Starbucks very often, but someone gave me a gift card so we went. The menu can be a little intimidating, but Juan... walked us through everything in a quick, friendly and professional manner. If this is how they treat you here no wonder peoplecome back! The baristas here are so rude and give a lot of attitude to the customers for no reason. Ignoring customers? questions and... making snappy remarks like ?we only have 2 ovens so you have to wait??. ridiculous. I always make it a point to be kind andrespectful to service staff, so I was appalled at how rudely the baristas spoke to me the other day. Read more
