I went to this location twice in 1 day, and both times my order was wrong. Staff were friendly, just no short term memory

I go here often. They get your order right and it's good! If they don't get it right, it's likely cuz they are new and someone... else there will help clear it up for you. There are a handful of very friendly baristas there. Jayden or Jaylyn is one of thebest customer service people I've encountered, never rushing orders so they're correct, dealing with unhappy customersprofessionally, the warm attitude is cherry on top. And the manager is friendly and always helping out. Honestly unless you goat the right time, you are likely to get a straight forward, "I'm just here for the cheque" kind of service, but with a gooddrink. I try to be really friendly every time, but you never know what people are dealing with right now, it's a busy store. Noteveryone is gunna be moved by your smiles (especially if it's beneath a mask!). Most of the time they're in a good mood and Iwouldn't go here as often as I do if it wasn't a great spot. The atmosphere is lacking, but that's what you're gunna get whenit's at the exit doors of a Loblaws. They do their best to keep that line moving in a busy spot in town! And they do it well. Read more

I hate to leave a negative review because all of the staff seem like nice people.... but I've given it about 5 chances now...... and every time I order a drip coffee it is always tepid to cold... just very disappointing and seems like a basic thing to getright. Read more
