Very great customer service by ginger and bryan. There?s a new apple oat latte which is very delicious and tastes like an apple... pie with cinnamon sugar. Also in this fall they have a pumpkin spice latte which is too great but more sweeter. Interior isfantastic and not having rush hours. Read more

This is my neighbourhood Starbucks and my local favourite where my boyfriend and I always have breakfast and grab our drinks for... over 4 years. Today?s experience definitely left me in shock when the worker rejected my order of extra oat milk. My order hadalready consisted of oat milk but when asking for slight more the worker replied ?no? and was persistent about it until I lether know that wasn?t ok. One of the best Starbucks experience till date! This is in my neighbourhood and I come here on almost daily basis. No matter,... what time of the day or who is serving you.. its always that consistent unmatched experience. This is the closest Starbucks to us. We only order coffee (no fancy drinks just a simple coffee with cream). But somehow we... almost always have to wait 20-25 minutes for it ! We order through the app. I think its unacceptable. I wait for a fresh meal ata restaurant for 20 minutes, and here we are talking about a simple coffee. Read more

I?ve been going to this Starbucks for over two years and I?ve always loved them. The staff is so nice. I work very close to this... location and the wait is typically super long which is why I started ordering through the app instead of going to wait in store.I will say, a large portion of the time I don?t get a notification that my order is ready, and since I?m working I lose track oftime and forget about my order. I just remembered after 45 minutes that I had ordered Starbucks and I never got a notificationso I drove over and my drink was still sitting there and naturally very watery. It?s just been becoming a big issue for me andI?m sure others when we aren?t notified. If the management could help make sure that employees are notifying us that would begreat.
