EXCELLENT service, all the servers are so kind and efficient. The manager Octavio creates such a welcoming atmosphere and also... handles more difficult clients with ease. I love coming to this branch for the service. I highly recommend it to all my friends.Thank you! Read more

Horrible service . Got wrong order and when informed the staff , they gave the ingredients which were missing and said ? mix it... yourself ? . It wasn?t busy but staff was just unhappy to assist . Location is good . Read more

Terrible customer experience. Starbucks employee was not helpful when asking about drink options, and did not include half of my... order. I waited 15 minutes and inquired about the sandwiches I ordered, and they told me it is being made as we speak. Aftermultiple inquiries I came to find out the order was never punched in and the cashier attempted to argue with me. I recommendgoing to a different Starbucks location! Read more

Hey family, Here?s another honest review of my visit to the Starbucks located in Sherway mall (not indigo) Location/Amenities:... 1/1 star This location is conveniently located on the North East side of the mall facing the Queensway. It?s important to notethere is PLENTY of free parking, mall access, outdoor and indoor seating and has the ability to take mobile orders. In terms ofconvenience this is the most accessible location however, it?s also the busiest. Staff: 0/1 star There is something off aboutthis location. IT?S SO DAMN BUSY and WELL STAFFED but always seems to be a GONG SHOW. This isn?t an attack or lash out to theemployees because I feel they are doing a fantastic job but someone from management/corporate needs to address the volume, operations, and logistics to create a better customer experience. I?m giving this a 0 out of 1 until I can honestly say thingsare running smoothly. People standing everywhere. Mobile orders are a mess. Service: 0/1 star Because of my previous point, service can be hit or miss. When Starbucks Canada made the absolute worst decision to close down locations they failed to meetthe demand of their existing locations. Again, this isn?t any fault to the baristas who are currently workingthere. Food/coffee: 1/1 star I haven?t had any issues with this location in terms of out of stock product or availability. This location has everything you need and has all of your Starbucks favourites. Wow factor: 0/1 star This location has the malland heavy foot traffic going for itself. There isn?t anything in terms of interior space or architecture that makes it stand outto it?s other locations in the neighbourhood. I like this Starbucks because of it?s convenience however I?m hoping someone withauthority can improve the customer experience. So?. with all of this being said this is one of the lowest ratings I?ve evergiven a Starbucks.. 2 out of 5 stars. (Will update if the experience improves) Until next time?.. Read more

This is a review for the Sherway Starbucks facing the parking lot, not the one in the Indigo. Small store that can?t really... handle the amount of patrons it receives despite the best efforts of the staff. When I visited on a Saturday afternoon the storewas extraordinarily full with patrons waiting around for orders, the mobile pickup area is not signed well and tucked awaybeside the cash where it is hard to miss. The shop area is small making it difficult to distance, at least the tables are offlimits to allow for more space. Bathrooms were also closed to the public on this visit. Read more
