Today I was walking with my dog ??and he suddenly felt thirsty. I am a Starbucks customer and I was near this Starbucks branch(... 1blue jays way )and went there to get tap water, but to my surprise, the Starbucks employee *LISA* asked me money for a cup ofwater. I was very surprised because I know that Starbucks cares about animals. I will not go to this branch again but I want youto know that management need to training this employee more. Read more

Staff was very nice, very quick when I came it was not very busy.
The staff was incredibly friendly! A nice girl named Lisa helped me out at the cash. I was confused about the stars program but... she was really kind and helpful. There was another man working with her, who made my drink. I didn?t catch his name but he madegreat conversation and they both made my day a bit brighter! Read more
Terrible Starbucks. First of all, they are a franchised Starbucks by the hotel. This lends into multiple issues and the most... significant issue is they can charge whatever they want. I literally got charged more for my drink than what I usually payfor. Second, they don't participate in Starbucks rewards program, so good luck collecting rewards. Thirdly, the staff here areextremely unfriendly compared to other Starbucks I've been into. Save your time and go to the Starbucks on Front Street. Read more
