My son and I have been at Sickkids hospital for over a month now and every other day I go to get my Frappuccino from Starbucks.... The Manager there Roger is very sweet and kind and so is his staff. Even on the worst of days where I hardly got any sleep(because my son didn?t have a good night) they always find a way to put a smile on my face . They are always considerate andkind. I definitely would recommend any parent to stop by and get a coffee there if they can because it will definitely makethere visit a bit easier ?? Read more

PLEASE READ: the 5 star rating is ONLY for the barista who dealt with me(her name is Liz). This Starbucks should list their... location as UNAVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC on their app, I walked here close to 11pm at night and it was annoying to be met with therealization that the drink I ordered couldn't be gotten due to only HOSPITAL STAFF being able to access the store. It would havebeen a ONE star rating or NONE if not for the server whose customer service skills really should be applauded. Honestly as anight shift worker in dire search of coffee, a freezing walk was not enough to cool my raging frustration but Liz was honestlyimpressive in the way she handled the situation and rightfully put me in my place, respectfully. It's never okay to berate anemployee for the shortcomings of a company and for that, I apologized to her as well as I am apologizing publicly. She was notrude in her approach and I think that more people, both employees and customers, could learn from her calm demeanor in dealingwith a heated situation. Props to you Liz. I hope that your employer recognizes your efforts in retaining a customer, as nowthat I'm aware this location is unavailable but due to the way you handled me, I'll continue to purchase from other locations aswell as contact head office in hopes of fixing this issue which a lot of other customers seem to be facing as well. 2020.09.10. We started our day with a coffee at Starbukcs. Actually it is the across the street location. We sat outside. I got... my regular hot Americano with the low fat egg white sandwich. 2020.08.31. My first Starbucks coffee since the 8th of August2020. Love location with seating outside on the sidewalk. The new mobile station at this location is a stroke of genius by Starbucks. It has a dedicated barista that hands you your... mobile order but also helps the regular orders, so service is quite swift. All they need is to give that barista a piano andshe can entertain the crowd while they wait. Read more
