Haven't visited St. Clair & Yonge mall in years. Many changes! We stopped at Starbucks to have some food & coffee, unfortunately... the sitting area is poorly planned! Entire place has high chairs (without backrest) and high tables! How suitable is this foranyone with accessibility issues ie wheelchairs?, walkers those with mobility & balance issues ie frail elderly to climb tothose chairs?? Are they ALL not invited? Facing the windows, we noticed elderly couple ????????walking by few times stopping &looking inside...it was obvious they wanted to come in but seeing the shop's set up they gave up, we know why! I got their nitro brew thinking it might be different than the other caffeine based drinks that Starbucks serves. I refuse to... call what they serve coffee. I needed to add tons of sugar to make it drinkable. This place is so close to my work but this isprobably the 1st and the last time i try them. Read more
This starbucks has spacious interior and the servers are all friendly. If I ask for something, they always respond promptly and... try their best to accommodate asap given how busy the place gets during lunch time. I also typically customize my strawberryacai lemonade to be overflowing with strawberries, and Im almost always satisfied with the amount they put in. They alsoprepare the drinks on time if I order mobile so I know exactly when to order when Im going to pick it up. Not to mention, it?sright on the intersection of Yonge and St Clair so it?s quite convenient. All in all, I will continue using this location formy Starbucks needs. Read more
