Used to be great, not so much anymore. Drinks are not consistent, most staff desperately need retraining and often don't follow... order instructions. They also have a bad habit of randomly opening later than their posted time, by 30-60 minutes. Don't wasteyour time here, hopefully they get their act together. Read more

Update: This location got a bunch of new partners who don't know their latte from their tea. 75% full drinks, they really don't... know their own policies on refills, just avoid this location for 6 months to a year! Better, more experienced locations to theeast on Yonge. 2-Stars because Starbucks in general tastes good, just at other locations. Old: Excellent staff, which is thebar that Starbucks sets in general but it is well met, and I appreciate that. This is a corporate store, so you can use rewards.Full menu, excellent seating, lots of plugs for charging, some full tables and some smaller round tables, good study area! The staff have become dismayed, rude, distracted, and the Manager could care less about the customers, merely giving lip... service. Its unfortunate so many quality locations shut down and this became the central hub for the area. Having REALRELATIONSHIPS and showing CARE for your customers goes a long way in keeping them, especially given the climate we've all beenin over the last few years. I will definitely not be supporting this location anymore and will be helping small business ownersthat actually care about their customers! Read more
