Long-time Starbucks at this 10 Dundas East (The Tenor) location, and very reliable! The staff are very kind, and the customer... service is amazing! Recommend to order ahead via mobile option. The staff at this location are very friendly, quick to fix anyissues and very fast in making orders. Some staff are a bit too quiet for the busyness of this corner unit, but the customersneed to pay attention to their drinks. This location gets busy as it shares space with the rest of the 10 Dundas building/lobby,so frequent people are meeting up, which can cause a wave of people for orders. Read more
i usually have a good experience at this starbucks but yesterday on tuesday afternoon this girl working wasnt really nice :/ i... made a mobile order while waiting near the drink counter instead of going up to the register; some days my G.A.D. can get reallybad, and then i'll really prefer using mobile order systems to avoid interacting with people. i had been waiting a bit for mymobile order the entire time (i didnt mind the wait) and i guess i just didnt hear my name, after a while i went to go standcloser to the counter and the girl asked if i was waiting for anything. my drink was already made and she said in a deadpanvoice 'if you make a mobile order, come up and let us know and you wont have to wait for so long next time' without looking upat me. i was super bummed after that and couldnt really answer or say sorry, i guess she was having a bad day and i felt rllybad. usually starbucks baristas at this location are really nice and im really polite back so i was super surprised :") edit:also i noticed recently, that they are so slowwww in the evening like usually past 5 they get so slow :") wait on mobile appsays 2-6 mins but its usually 10+ mins. sometimes i order way before the wait time so i can just grab my order and go if im in ahurry but i always end up having to wait for a bit. Just ordered grande pike with oat, they not only charged me for oat milk, they made me wait for 5 mins when nobody else was... there! And clearly they weren?t brewing. Terrible service! Read more

There was a lovely girl at the cashier who was just such a breath of fresh air today. Often at this Starbucks, because it?s so... busy, I feel that the baristas at the cashier are in a rush, but this individual had such a great aura to her. Just wanted toleave some great feedback for her. I didn?t catch her name, but she was wearing a black turtleneck and bright red lipstick! Read more
