It was raining outside, and I visited alone for my coworkers. I ordered several drinks through the app, so I asked the staff if... you could give me a bag when I visited. She told me that I ordered drinks, and there was no bag for drinks. But I saw many paperbags hanging behind her. So I asked back how I could take all of these. But she just looked at it as if she didn't know it. Didshe not know it was raining outside? Or did she just hate me? I asked her kindly, but all that came back was unfriendliness. Shewas looking at me with a pathetic look when I was trying to figure out how to carry the drinks alone in front of her to get backto work. She was the most unfriendly staff I've ever met. Slim chance I?ll be coming back. Come here as a tired university student at 8 am, and a worker with a high pitched voice... standing there yelling loudly shouting out ppls names as if the baristas aren?t capable of that themselves, having extremelyloud conversations with customers I couldn?t even hear my music through my AirPods bc her voice. It?s 8 am, people are tired, noneed to be yelling that early. Food and drink were good, lady taking my order was polite and good worker, just this girl needingto shout at everyone instead of talking normal is enough to make me not come back. ???????? Read more

I come here because its less busier than the one inside eaton centre. The baristas were very friendly! They had an extra drink,... which was made by mistake. It was a cold brew with the chocolate foam. They probably saw me looking at it and telling my friendthat I've never seen that drink before so the baristas offered it to me for free. I took it and fell in love with the drink. Idon't drink coffee but this one is sooo good. Read more
I came into this store for the first time on Thursday morning. I am not a morning person but Gabi really increased my mood. I... don't know how someone can be so happy and welcoming that early in the morning. I will definitely be coming back to thislocation. Gabi was a genuine soul, and welcomed everyone with a big smile feeling like a warm embrace. I highly recommend goingto see Gabi stop by Thursdays AM. She will brighten your day. Read more

This location is small, more of a grab and go location with only 7 tables and a hight top bar for sitting. Mix of students and... 9-5ers use the location. Due to high traffic, not the cleanest location, but coffee is always hot and fresh. Read more
Every time I enter the store and Fari is there my day is instantly made. Her voice sounds like music and she is so nice and... friendly and we always have the best conversations. My drinks are always made to perfection and taste so amazing, and I alwaysfeel very welcomed by her. Truly the best barista i?ve ever had. Read more
