Overall very efficient staff quickly get your order. Clean good vibes. Could use more seating, popular spot gets full quickly.
Food and drinks were good Not happy I had to "seek & capture" a table while waiting for my order, as many while I sat did as... well look for somewhere to sit. Would have appreciated getting my food in better time instead of watching the two girls chattingand laughing at that area while a somewhat large group were waiting for their orders and she finally appears with 3 small bagsof items calling out our names. Convenient location, on street level. Crowded in morning rush hours. Otherwise they have good seating capacity with more than 10... small tables to sit two persons. Read more
The best Starbucks in the City. This location has the best employees, with my recent experience exceeding my... expectations. While here my sister forgot her cellphone at the checkout, we only noticed when we were all the way at harbourstreet. I called the location and was greeted by Cesar. He checked the register, found the phone, then made me confirm thedescription of the phone to ensure that it was actually ours (Which I was extremely grateful that he did his due diligence anddidn?t hand it to any stranger), he then held the phone for me even though they were closing so I can come back to the store andretrieve the phone. Honest and caring employees like Cesar are an absolute asset and throughly make the customer experiencegreat at Starbucks! Read more
I would like to say that this location has the most efficient staff I?ve seen. I don?t know if they are not able to shut off... mobile orders but despite having an insane amount of orders to process the staff remained calm, spoke to everyone who waswaiting, kept everyone updated and even offered help during long wait periods. I think that mobile orders should be limited toavoid long wait periods that are no fault of the staff. I didn?t mind waiting but I don?t think it?s fair to the staff to havethat many orders piling up and get complaints while working as fast as possible. Great service, great quality and great staff. Inside the Hyatt but has stairs to go to the order counter. Saying that, there is an elevator for use if needed. Clean and... relatively quick as I ordered a mobile order. There is no washroom in the cafe instead you must go into the hotel and downstairsto the concourse level. Read more
Your typical Starbucks! It gets pretty busy between 11:30 and 1pm! Because of the location i would guess. Most workers in the... area eat here so. Staff is nice and welcoming. I wouldn't recommend coming by car , its a busy area, metro isn't too far. Read more
