Enjoyed the closeness to our hotel , place was clean . The few bad comments, I ordered a grande size drink and the young lady... Very efficient and friendly staff. I asked one barista for directions. I didn?t get her name, but I just want to thank her for... taking the time to explain how to get where I needed, and making sure I was comfortable with how to get there before I left. Staff are selective how the treat the customer. I was told to get back to end of the line when I was,already inside qued behind... a lady who just ordered,we walked in at the Sametime. The employee proceeded to serve the other customer,until I spoke up. Mycoffee was made timely,however the employee didn't bother to call out my name,but called the others. Moreover my coffee wassitting there for 3minutes. This is not the first time, as a paying customer living in a so called progressive society I expectthe utmost professionalism from a multinational company who employees all walks of life. Communication with staff very great, explained 30min wait after ordering. Once waiting it was a 20min wait so that was a... bonus! Friendly staff even though you can see it was stressful for the staff how many people ordering they never expressedfrustration. Over all would recommend ???????? Read more
This Starbucks is racist. They always pick on people of colour to act as per their rules. For example, when 2 people in front of... me grabbed their coffee they said nothing and said have a good day, when I did the same - the guy was like can you give me ashout next time before taking it? I was like can you do the same for others as well?? 2nd experience: I was asked to put onmasks even though I was very far away from the coffee pickup station whereas a group of white men were standing right next tohim and he didn?t say anything when multiple people were not wearing masks. There are more experiences and now I?m not going togo here. Take a good look at your staff and also give them them training to learn to treat customers equally and better. Read more

Initially thought being at the heart of the city would be a great place. I ordered flat white and wasn?t as good as other... branches offer. More disappointing thins was this branch has very limited seats, a lot of people were waiting and finished theredrinks while waiting to someone to leave and empty a space. Read more
