Very efficient and friendly staff. I asked one barista for directions. I didn?t get her name, but I just want to thank her for... taking the time to explain how to get where I needed, and making sure I was comfortable with how to get there before I left. Staff are selective how the treat the customer. I was told to get back to end of the line when I was,already inside qued behind... a lady who just ordered,we walked in at the Sametime. The employee proceeded to serve the other customer,until I spoke up. Mycoffee was made timely,however the employee didn't bother to call out my name,but called the others. Moreover my coffee wassitting there for 3minutes. This is not the first time, as a paying customer living in a so called progressive society I expectthe utmost professionalism from a multinational company who employees all walks of life.
