I went to 4 different locations including this one to get the red cup promotion yesterday for me and some friends, and none of... them had it. They all said they run out of them...????I love Starbucks in general. Me and my family are regular customers butthis kind of things are so disappointing...not worth it when it comes to deals. The staff didn't even offer some otheralternatives to make me a bit happier after my disappointment. They just didn't care. Read more
Love this Starbucks in the neighborhood. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and really make the effort to get to know the... locals. The vibe in the upstairs seating area is great, and I love sitting outside when I have time to slow down and enjoy mycoffee and my me time. So relaxing, try it. Amazing friendly customer service! They always listen and greet customers with a positive attitude. I have never experienced any... bad service at this location since I moved to the city. They've been a comforting place to go to. Also, the upstairs area is anice oasis to do some work or just unwind with your cup of coffee. Read more

This location is much larger than you'd expect and they have a well laid out drive through. The baristas are always very... friendly and prompt and I've never really had the experience of something I wanted being unavailable. They just do Cup refills(traveler mug) in store and they also make a mean puppachino that my little lady enjoys every time. It may be the only Starbucksin town but there's not really a need for another based on how adept everyone is. Now time for a raise for all of them ???? Read more
