Seb and associate are absolute trash individuals. Definitely should not be employed here. No greeting no nothing, stink faces.... Chick sweeping the floor gave me cut eye. Absolutely disrespectful. An exceptional location ! This location is always tidy, the baristas are very great at ensuring the bees don?t go near the... syrups by keeping them clean. I wish there were more merchandise available for purchase (cups, straws, etc.) but it is a tinyspace so I completely understand! This location I believe is accessible, with an automatic door. They have vegan and vegetarianoptions for beverages, though only vegetarian options for food. Thank you Isla for remembering my name today! Do you have anexceptional memory! As well, Alison thank you so much for my drink today. I appreciate how hard you work and hope you have alovely day! Also there?s a third barista (I?m so sorry I forgot their name - Min possibly?) He made me my favourite drink - theFuzzy Peach (green tea peach lemonade with a splash of passion fruit)! Placed a mobile order for pick up. I had my 13 week old puppy with me and the staff felt the need to tell me that I couldn?t... have her in there, despite me being in and out in less than 10 seconds and carrying her in my arms. I could understand if thiswas a full grown dog, but it is totally unreasonable to expect a puppy to be left alone on King Street. Lost a customer. Dobetter! Read more
This is my neighbourhood Starbucks. For some reason, whenever I have ordered any coffee based beverages it taste very weak or it... has no flavour. I?ve tried blonde, dark roast, etc. Caramel macchiatos, lattes, shaken espressos, you name it. My friend whoalso lives in the area found the same thing. I?ve visited other nearby Starbucks and found that it taste much better than thislocation. I?m not sure if it is their machines or what but it is consistently not good. Staff are always friendly but would loveto see an improvement with this as its $6-$8 for a beverage. Should be paying for quality. Read more
At 6 : 53 a m I ordered mobile, and when I came in , the lady was making coffee for her coworkers. Customers are not her... priority it seemed. While I was standing on front of her, she didn't ask my name, any order , just staring. Why was she notasking my name or the purpose of visit? It was a terrible experience. If the coffee, tall size Americano tasted good, I wouldforgive her. The coffee was too bland. She must have put one less shot . Never go again Read more
