Its been 4 times this week I?m asking for coffee with sugar and cinnamon, which i ask for lots of cinnamon Guess what every time... i asked for it either didn?t get any or just a small splash so i had to go back and ask them again. Which its super frustratinginconvenience because seems like im going for coffee twice a day one for buying it and next for them to correct theirnegligence Starbucks spend more time for your staff to train them listen more than instead of rushing customers with theirorders Read more

A mid aged Korean woman, employee, is super rude. She doesn't welcome the customer, and she doesn't say 'thank you'. She grabs... the cup, beat it onto the desk, and pushes it towards the customer, while showing absolute dislike for the customer. Read more

Came by to get my free birthday beverage. I've been to this location before and they're usually quite busy. They were busy when... I visited most recently around 4:30pm on a Tuesday but honestly they couldn't have been more friendly. Despite the rush theywere patient & attentive and even apologised for a slight delay in getting my drink ready. Shoutout to the entire team for agreat experience & customer service despite possibly having to deal with people in a hurry on a daily basis! Read more

I have visited this location many times and I think they should spent a little more time on training the staff to professionally... and politely care and deal with their customers. This location particularly experiences power outage more than usual. Ingeneral, the experience in this branch is a bit different and less pleasant than the usual starbucks and feels kinda awkwardconsidering the brand they represent. Read more
