I paid extra for cream cheese on my bagel. This is what I got?. Not even butter!
The worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. Barista Derin told me I normally need to pay if I want an extra splash of milk... in my drink as it would be a different order. I am a very frequent Starbucks customer and being given this attitude for askingfor a minor thing once in a while makes one?s business feel unvalued. Shame on that location. Read more

**It would be helpful to clean up the photos and update the store address in Google. Anyone can update the data and users can... report the photos. This location is in the train station on the basement level. There is no seating except for individual seatsthat a part of the train station. This location is wonderful! Came by this spot to grab a quick ice coffee and asked the barista what she recommended. Juzeth happened to be the manager and... she advised to try the ice caramel macchiato with coconut milk. Her recommendation was on point and shows her knowledge incoffee and customer awareness. If I?m ever downtown passing by union I?ll come to this cafe again. Read more
